Emsculpt

Builds muscles and burns fat via electromagnetic pulses. Great for building abs, toning gluteal muscle, thigh and upper arms in Roswell, Georgia.

Right fit

Is Emsculpt right for you?

A good fit

  • Tightening the core post-pregnancy, including diastasis recti recovery
  • Lifting and rounding the glutes without surgery or injectables
  • Adding strength and definition where lifting alone has plateaued

Not a fit

  • Pacemaker, defibrillator, metal IUD, or other implanted electronic device
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • An active hernia or recent abdominal surgery in the treatment area
How it works

A session, end to end.

  1. Applicator placement

Two paddles are positioned on the target muscle group - abs, glutes, arms, thighs, or calves - and secured with belts.

  2. Supramaximal contractions

High-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy triggers contractions stronger than you can produce voluntarily. A 30-minute session delivers the equivalent of roughly 20,000 contractions.

  3. Cool-down recovery phases

Built-in recovery intervals clear lactic acid, which is why post-session soreness is mild compared to an equivalent workout.

Common questions

Emsculpt questions, answered.

Does it replace working out?

No, and we wouldn't recommend it as a replacement. Emsculpt works best as an accelerator alongside your normal training - most of our clients see the biggest gains when they pair sessions with regular movement.

Will I be sore?

Mildly. Many clients report feeling like they had a tough workout the day after, but it fades within a day or two.

How quickly will I see results?

Strength gains usually show up first - many clients notice a stronger core or firmer glutes within 2–4 weeks. Visible muscle definition builds over 8–12 weeks.

Can I do Emsculpt and CoolSculpting together?

Yes - and for many clients, combining the two is the right move. CoolSculpting reduces the fat layer; Emsculpt builds the muscle underneath. We'll map a treatment plan in your consult.

Why four sessions, and why so close together?

The protocol developed in the clinical trials uses 4 sessions spaced 2–3 days apart. Cramming muscle adaptation into a short window is part of why the results show up faster than traditional training.

How much does Emsculpt cost?

Pricing varies by treatment area and package size. See our pricing page for current rates, or book a free consult and we'll walk through a personalized plan with a real number attached.

Where on my body can I do Emsculpt?

Abdomen, glutes, arms (biceps and triceps), thighs, and calves. We can target one area per session or rotate areas across a treatment series. We'll plan the right mix for your goals during the consult.

How do I maintain my results?

Monthly tune-up sessions hold the result for most clients, especially when paired with regular training. Without maintenance, gradual softening is normal over 6–12 months as the muscle adaptation reverts.
