CoolSculpting
Exposure to cooling temperature via suction extraction causing cells to apoptosis, resulting in 50-70% fat cell reduction in Roswell, Georgia - ideal for back fat, love handles, banana roll, and inner thighs.
Is CoolSculpting right for you?
A good fit
- Stubborn pinchable fat in the abdomen, flanks, thighs, bra-line, arms, or chin
- People within ~20–30 lbs of their goal weight looking for contouring
- Clients who want a non-surgical option with no downtime
Not a fit
- Significant overall weight loss (CoolSculpting is contouring, not weight loss)
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or active cold-sensitivity disorders
- Loose skin without underlying fat - RF skin tightening may be a better fit
A session, end to end.
-
Personalized mapping
We mark your target areas in standing and seated positions so the applicator placement matches your real-world shape, not just how you look on a treatment bed.
-
Controlled cooling cycle
An applicator delivers precisely controlled cooling that selectively targets fat cells while leaving skin, muscle, and nerves unharmed.
-
Two-minute manual massage
After each cycle we massage the treated area for two minutes. Published studies show this step meaningfully improves the final reduction in that area.
CoolSculpting questions, answered.
Does it actually work?
CoolSculpting is FDA-cleared and supported by peer-reviewed studies showing measurable fat-layer reduction in treated areas. Results vary by person, area treated, and number of cycles. We'll show you real before-and-afters from our own clients during your consultation.
How long do results last?
Fat cells eliminated by the treatment do not return. However, remaining fat cells can still expand with weight gain, so maintaining your weight protects your result.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients need 1–3 cycles per area to reach their goal. We map this out honestly during your consult - over-treating an area doesn't speed up results.
What does it feel like?
Intense cold for about 5–8 minutes, then the area goes numb for the rest of the cycle. Most clients read, work on their laptop, or nap.
Are there side effects?
Temporary redness, numbness, tingling, and swelling are common and resolve within days to weeks. A rare condition called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) can occur - we'll discuss the published incidence rate and warning signs in your consultation.
How much does CoolSculpting cost?
Pricing depends on the number of applicators needed and the package you choose. See our pricing page for current rates, or book a free consult and we'll map out a plan with a real total.
Can I combine CoolSculpting with Emsculpt or VelaShape?
Yes - and for many clients it's the right move. CoolSculpting handles the fat layer, Emsculpt builds the muscle underneath, and VelaShape addresses any skin-quality concerns left over. We'll plan the order and cadence in your consult.
Will I need to change my diet or exercise?
No drastic changes required, but maintaining your current weight protects your result. The cells we treat are removed permanently, but the remaining fat cells can still expand if you gain significant weight after treatment.
